Kerri H. Lin, Founder and President of KHL Consulting Services, has over 17 years of consulting experience in health plan and hospital operations assisting her clients with strategy, operational improvement initiatives, procurement efforts to CMS and other federal and state agencies, as well as complex contractual and regulatory compliance.
Prior to founding KHL Consulting Services, Kerri focused solely on healthcare consulting while at Deloitte Consulting in the Strategy & Operations Health Plan practice, HealthScape Advisors, Huron Consulting Group in the Pharmaceutical and Health Plan practice, and Arthur Andersen. In these roles, she advised her clients to address their top enterprise business issues. She played a significant role to help her clients emerge from CMS sanctions, negotiate a settlement with the Department of Justice, overcome barriers while outsourcing back office operations, and win multiple federal and state contracts. She also assisted her clients to assess market entry opportunities, manage contract requirements, and identify and rectify various regulatory and compliance issues such as Medicare coordination of benefits and claims/encounter processes and submissions.
Kerri holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Kellogg’s School of Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana.
